Kingdom Solution LLC provides cutting edge multi-media consultation and support services for an array of individuals and organizations within the community, education, faith-based, minority owned business, non-profit and small business sectors. Gleaning from 20 years of management, marketing, media and ministry experience, Kingdom Solution is committed to partnering with diverse groups of leadership and support teams in a collective effort to execute innovative strategies from vision to fruition. A native of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Deidre “Dee Dee” Gray has called Indianapolis “home” for over twenty years. Prior to the 2020 founding of Kingdom Solution, Dee Dee began her career with Urban ONE at Radio ONE Indianapolis in 2013 as a Sales Associate to ultimately, being promoted to the position of Director of Faith Based & Non-Profit Relations, the only one in the entire company, until September 2020. Amongst other Indianapolis market accolades, Dee Dee is a 2016 recipient of Urban ONE’s SPIRIT – Selfless, Professional, Inspiring, Reliable, Inventive, Team Player – Award for her active support of the Sales, Program & Promotion departments, exceptional customer care and creative consultation to clientele and community partners daily. Throughout her award-winning career at Radio One Indianapolis, not including her overall professional and ministry experience for over two decades, Dee Dee has literally served well over 100 businesses, churches, colleges, community & faith-based organizations, high schools and universities in the areas of management, marketing, media and ministry services with over $1.7M in sales revenue and account management. Her creative, passionate, personable and strategic ability to catch and advance the vision of those that she serves has helped to cultivate valuable and long-lasting relationships among those in her personal and professional networks across the nation – and this is what she values and cherishes most of the outcomes of her efforts and commitment to her passion and purpose in the earth!
Dee Dee is a graduate of Ball State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Religious Studies with minors in Counseling Psychology & Secondary Education. In 2018, she earned her Master of Arts degree in Ministries with a concentration in Strategic Leadership and Worship Arts from Indiana Wesleyan University’s Wesley Seminary. In August 2020, Dee Dee was awarded the Pastoral Excellence Scholarship at Christian Theological Seminary, where she will pursue the completion of her Master of Divinity degree no later than 2023.
Dee Dee is actively involved and financially supportive of her local ministry, Eastern Star Church as well as her local community at-large as an event/program host, minister, psalmist, volunteer and worship leader. She is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated . As a result, Dee Dee loves supporting community related initiatives and organizations with her time, talent and treasures particularly in the arenas of education, family, health, outreach, social justice, women, youth/young adults and a myriad of others.
Yet, Dee Dee expresses wholeheartedly that her greatest blessing is being the mother of her only son, Deontre “Tre” Gray, a 2017 graduate of The Ohio State University!
